Trail Rules
- The Trail is open year round from sun up to sun down.
- Keep to the right and move off to the side if you are stopped.
- Bicycles are allowed on all the sections of the trail.
- Cyclists under 16 must wear a bicycle helmet.
- Only class 1 of eBikes are allowed on the trail.
- No other motorized vehicles are allow on the trail.
- All cyclists pass on the left after giving an audible signal.
- Horses are only allowed on the section between the Equestrian center and Williams St in Bel Air.
- Your dog is welcome on the trail but must be on a non-retractable leash that is 6 feet in length or less.
- Dog and horse owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of the waste.
- No smoking on park and trail property.
- Alcoholic beverages, camping, fires and weapons are prohibited.
- Dog owners must clean up, carry with them, and dispose of waste in the trash receptacle.
- No smoking on Harford County Park property. Tobacco ban on all property owned, leased, or operated by Harford County. This consists of all buildings and grounds, including exterior open spaces, parking lots and garages, driveways and recreational facilities.
- Alcoholic beverages, camping, fires, and weapons are prohibited.
- Motorized vehicles are prohibited unless permitted by HARCO Parks and Rec.
- No camping.
